Your key responsibilities:
Participation and assistance in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Cross border M&A deal execution, including the day-to-day communication with relevant clients & counterparties, organizing meetings with internal/external professional teams and lead the discussions, preparation of 3 statement models etc.
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm\'s existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base
Preparation of M&A market data analysis, presentation of Southeast Asia M&A strategy to global teams, etc.
Training of analysts and interns
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement may apply.
Key skills required:
At least 2 years prior experience in origination and execution of investment banking deals with a focus on M&A.
Prior experience in creating and analyzing financial models.
Prior experience in creating marketing materials like pitch books, presentations.
Awareness of M&A market trends
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
Experience handling various databases such us Bloomberg, Reuters etc
Experience in providing guidance to junior members in the team
