USD 18 billion and a market cap of about USD 10 billion. Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will be responsible for executing investments and divestments. This will include research, financial modelling, deal and fund structuring, tax and legal documentation etc. You will work with respective asset management teams in the areas of market information, due diligence and asset planning for new investments as well as recommend strategies for portfolio optimisation and growth. Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related discipline, with CFA/Master's Degree Minimum 5 years of related experience in the real estate industry with a good understanding of property investment Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Familiar with valuation methodologies Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
