JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Development, and maintain, business relationships with existing and new clients Acquisition of new investment projects, coordination of interests and structuring of deals Developing real estate investment strategies and obtaining internal approvals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
More than [5] years of working experience in the real estate investment industry (including funds (REITs) and finance) and client relations As this role involves liaising with the Japan head office, Japanese is a requirement.
