We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Job Profile Summary:In this role, you will report to the Head of Investment Support and Reporting and ensure that all the investment reports are submitted timely, conduct financial analysis and support daily investment operations.:

• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly investment accounting and reconcile balances to reports provided by Fund Administrators
• Prepare monthly investment schedules and reports for various stakeholders
• Prepare monthly Investment Asset Data reporting to regional office. Perform quarterly reconciliation of investment asset data against IFRS financial reporting pack
• Group and Regulatory reporting, including independent price verification reporting, preparation of semi-annual ILP Fund Report and computation of quarterly Total Expense Ratio
• Semi-annual NAV reconciliation as part of SOX control
• Support investment operations in daily trade dealing, settlement and pricing and troubleshooting of daily investment operations issue
• Responsible to maintain oversight of outsourced operations of custodial and fund administration to service providers in term of their quality, service level, competitiveness of their service and overall assessment of the effectiveness of their services
• Assess appropriateness of valuation of investments and liaise with fund managers/fund administrators to obtain proper valuation for investments
• Assist with audit related requests
• Provide support on adhoc projects within and outside Investment Support and Reporting
• Assist in managing / executing ad-hoc changes in regulatory requirements or current process
• Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence

Working Experience

• Min 5 years of experience in financial accounting and investment reporting

Professional Qualifications

• ACCA or Degree in Finance
