My client is an established real estate services firm that is looking for Investment Senior Analyst to support the capital transactions of the business. Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving investment decision-making through your analyses and investments management. Key tasks include financial modelling (IRR/NPV), investment portfolio evaluation and analysis, investor reporting, due diligence support, and review of long term asset management strategies. Requirements You have a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in capital markets, capital transactions and real estate investments. To succeed in this role, strong financial modelling capabilities and familiarity with investor reporting and investments management are critical.
