Responsibilities

Oversee the quarterly business updates / announcement reporting process and preparation of relevant presentation materials
Preparation of Annual Report and planning of AGM/EGM
Preparation of investor slides for and coordinate non-deal roadshow and other events
Work with Group Investor Relations for group-wide events
Coordinate and review announcements
Draft responses for investor queries
Coordinate and manage the Trust\'s sustainability efforts and reporting, including GRESB and annual Sustainability Report
Maintain website with new updates
Coordinate investor and management site visits
Other adhoc matters as required

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
A team player with strong analytical, communication (written and spoken) and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
