Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team to manage the existing customers and developing a strong B2B relationship.

• Provide sales support to customers on application and hydraulic product solutions on all the company’s products.

• Prepare monthly sales reports to the Sales Manger.

• Work with internal service departments, to ensure a superior customer service.

• Act as an ambassador and role model for our Company & Brand.
• Assist in achieving sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets.
• To assist the internal supply Chain in accurate forecasting or orders/stocks.
• To proactively manage clients & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services has been provided.
• To support customers on Quality Claim Management issues.

Applicants must have the following skills & attributes

• 1 – 2 years of experience in industrial / engineering sales (preferably from within the hydraulic industry).
• Simple technical/mechanical knowledge.
• Strong (bilingual English & Mandarin) communication skills is essential as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.]
• Dynamic, resourceful & result oriented
• Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills,
• Constantly striving to offer the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel and some basic experience in working within an ERP system (knowledge of Microsoft AX is an advantage).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
• Result oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Remuneration Package Attractive remuneration package will be commensurate for candidate with relevant experience.
