Overview:
Element has an opportunity for an Invoicing Executive to join our growing team based at Jalan Boon Lay in Singapore.


This is a great opportunity to develop your Accounting / Finance career within a Global Testing,Inspection & Certification business.


In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client queries and liaising with the Client for Purchase orders and invoice arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all invoices / billing generated and issued in accordance with clients arrangements on a timely basis.
• Resolving client queries and liaising with the Client for Purchase orders and invoice arrangements
• Dealing with any invoicing queries / liaising with internal teams
• Weekly and monthly reporting of invoices produced and efficiently handle the processing and raising of POs for incoming departmental invoices
• Control the payment and the reporting process for direct to consumer jobs
• Support the Customer Services team reporting and auditing requirements along with the general administration duties

Skills / Qualifications:

• 
  Educated to graduate level or equivalent and experienced in a reporting / finance role including raising invoices
• 
  Ability to communicate on all levels and able to operate under pressure and work to meet deadlines
• 
  Exceptional attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills
• 
  The ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
• 
  Good ERP system skills and adequate knowledge of MS Office including Excel
