DESIGNATION : [Hyundai Global Service] Invoicing/Logistics Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issuance of invoices and sending to customers

• Liaising and communicating with customers

• Manage and update inventory records

• Other ad hoc duties (e.g. CN/Cancellation of invoices, request for urgent adv invoices, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English and Korean in order to communicate with Native Korean HQ team

- 1 -2 year of Warehouse & Logistics operations experience (Students who are graduating in 2022 are welcome to apply)

• Able to multi-task under fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of Outlook, advanced level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot etc)

• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries from internal / external customers on order inquiry

• Handle and ad-hoc task and new project assigned

• Working hours: Mon – Thu 08:30 ~ 18:00, Fri 08:30 ~ 17:30
