*Dayshift with Sat-Sun offSUMMARY:Support the daily workflow of all loan applications by adhering to high-quality standards and service level agreementJOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate reports in Equifax
- Data entry of information to the system from manual applications
- Review of data to ensure quality standards are met on applications that have been electronically submitted
- Completing a checklist of mandatory requirements for a credit application
- Perform document searches and establish loan file
- Conduct VEDA/AML enquiries
- Pipeline management via distribution of communications received to the respective department
- Answer general enquiries concerning loan statuses and product guidance to originators
- Orders valuation via ValEx system
- Other tasks or duties assigned by the management
- Experience in Equifax is required
- Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Task driven and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong computer literacy and keyboarding skills
- Ability to adhere to strict guidelines and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Health insurance
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
