Your team

You will be part of P&G Regional Supply Chain Team in Asia Pacific. You will work closely with Manufacturing organizations, Global Technology team, Asia Pacific Business Team.

How success looks like

You help deliver business needs for cost, cash, and service both through envisioning and setting direction on supply planning outlook and executional excellence with the operations team on monthly/weekly/daily planning of supply to deliver goals in each market and category assigned. You are required to have strong people leadership to collaborate with various operations team and commercial teams to enable E2E team to be successful. You continue to develop knowledge on P&G operations in Asia markets and their unique customer and sales channel logistics requirement.

Responsibilities of the role

• Leads supply planning team for sub-category or supply network in ensuring both Category goals and Country Goals are met across Asia markets.
• Overall accountability for daily/weekly/monthly supply planning results for the defined supply chain or supply network.
• Crafting 3 year vision, action, and direction with partnership with operations team to deliver vital business requirements for cost, cash, and customer service.
• Owns execution of initiative management process and tools within the planning team, ensuring sufficient capability and capacity for planning operations to deliver.

Role Requirements

• Experience in regional Supply Chain in Asia is a MUST
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Data Science / Mathematics or relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of working experience on supply chain designs or operations in an MNC
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data visualisation proficiency
• Have technical curiosity and courage to develop innovative ways to tackle unique problems
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Experience working with team from diverse countries. Leading people role is highly needed.
