Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for overseeing sales activities with both existing and new clients.
• Responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, whether through nurturing existing accounts or acquiring new ones, while ensuring profitability.
• Possessing strong presentation skills and technical acumen to engage in meaningful discussions with potential clients.
• Demonstrating effective communication skills across all levels of customer interactions, comprehending their needs and pain points.
• Exhibiting a discerning aptitude for strategic selling and prioritization in order to achieve set targets.
• Well-versed in pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales processes.
• Taking charge as the lead and decision-maker in managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout implementation, delivery, and post-delivery maintenance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Business
• At least 3 year of related IT sales experience in one or more of the sectors in FSI, logistics, manufacturing, Government or Healthcare
• Previous sales experience in virtualization and storage infrastructure are preferred
• Previous IT technical experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented and able to work independently
