What: Assist with information technology support and troubleshooting ensuring the highest level of computer performance, efficiency and security.
Your Goals: To ensure hotel hardware, software and all IT related systems are functioning and assist guests with IT related services (testing of wifi connectivity issues)

Your Role: A. Assist with Incident Resolution
1. Provide support on IT related services B. Maintain Systems
1. Inspect, test and diagnose computer equipment/systems (Windows 11, etc)
2. Provide end-user support for all applications
C. Provide IT Support
1. Provide network communications support
2. Install, configure, manage, maintain, test and evaluate computer networks and workstations
3. Create user accounts and setup computer, telephone and other IT related equipment
4. Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage and maintain application programs and user accounts
5. Maintain inventory of all technological hardware and devices
6. Support Corporate IT in new initiative set up or implementation where applicable
