Environmental Friendly IT Administrator (Cybersecurity) Job Title: IT Administrator (Cybersecurity) Work Location: Central, Singapore Job Type: 1 to 3 Years Contract, subject to yearly renewal About the Job Primary Responsibilities: 1. Track security testing issues and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is uphold in an effective and efficient manner 2. Consolidate pre-requisites before contacting vendor for testing 3. Manage and liaises with vendor for security testing 4. Provide daily or weekly updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about timeline and progress 5. Liaises with In-house developers by assigning tasks, communicating expected deliverables, monitor progress and adjust as needed 6. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum diploma in IT discipline, or equivalent IT experience 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites / Apps (SharePoint, Excel) 3. Proficient in Confluence / Jira 4. IT Background / SDLC or a related field is a bonus 5. 2-3 Years of project management or related experience 6. Ability to solve problems 7. Consistency in the quality of work and attention to details 8. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle 9. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously 10. Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness 11.
