  • Setup PCs and laptops for users
  • Perform user PC software installation and assist users to setup their mobile devices for Outlook email and Microsoft Teams meeting
  • Attend to end users\' requests and resolve their PC/laptop hardware and software issues either onsite or remotely
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance including all office PCs /shop floor and CMM PCs
  • Perform Ivanti Patching and Windows updates for all PCs and Laptops
  • Work with vendors to resolve IT hardware failures and proprietary software issues
  • Prepare documentation for IT software installation, troubleshooting steps, server rack and network diagram
  • Maintain and update IT inventory list and IT spare parts management.
  • Work together with Local and HQ IT Team members for IT Project implementation
  • Work together with global infrastructure Team members for ring central maintenance.
  • Active Directory User and computer account management
  • Other Ad Hoc and urgent tasks such as investigate computer virus outbreak, recovering users\' data from crashed PC, providing support and properly shutdown the servers and network devices during plant power shutdown etc
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Office 365 & MFA application and operation.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated and directed, keen attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent project management and research skills, as well as analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are critical.
  • Strong Team Player and ability to work in a fast\xe2\x80\x93paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Previous responsibility for providing customer support.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
Education Requirements:
  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • 2-3 years of experience in Level 1 & 2 technical support role and knowledge on user supporting
