Setup of workstations, laptops, printers, phone and attendance system
Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot staff workstation/ laptop hardware, software, etc
Maintain & monitor office IT Security and Server Security (Windows Platform)
Analyze customer needs and technical requirements as required
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Firewall system, LAN and Wireless Network issue
Assist in application development like maintenance of company’s CMS system, INTRANET etc
Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
Creating user accounts and performing access control
Inventory Management
Provide IT and office maintenance support to all staff
Any other duties as and when directed by the Senior Management and IT Manager

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or any related field
Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security with at least 1-2 years of Desktop, Helpdesk or IT experience
Good analytical skills, problem-solving and time management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A committed and responsible team player with good attitude to learn new challenges and also able to work independently
