Help develop a detailed ACM Training Plan for assigned projects
Implement the ACM Training Plan and other related ACM activities
Support Project Development and Implementation activities
Prepare content and deliver training sessions
Prepare content for online learning
Evaluate results of training activities
Report on the training progress
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
Work closely with the Project and ACM teams to provide an environment for successful adoption
Maintain a close working relationship with Lead and Senior Trainers, ACM expert, coaching, communications, and support teams for a successful implementation of change initiatives
Help develop the ACM Training Plan for assigned projects
Implement the ACM Training Plan for assigned project.
Design and deliver training programs
Prepares training accounts and scenarios
Initiate course evaluation and analyze collected feedback
Develop instructional materials, adoption of change scenarios, training collaterals such as manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs and exercises to support training for staff in close coordination with the technical team
Design, structure and develop online content aligned with the adoption of proposed changes
In coordination with the ACM team, contribute to a knowledge base for lessons learned and best practices relating to communications
Conduct orientation briefings, webinars, road shows and training for management and staff
Establish early-life and other support activities
Respond to queries and concerns and escalate issues to technical and support teams whenever necessary
Perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a strong awareness and understanding of business processes and guidelines
Experience in providing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IT systems
Client-oriented attitude and experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality output
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Must have the ability to refine and distill technical jargon into clear, layperson-friendly content
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of IT projects in a business setting is an advantage
Experience in conducting training and developing instructional materials is an advantage
