Connect Energy is partnering with a marine engineering company that specialized in FPSO projects to look for this role urgently.

As a Documentum Support Analyst, you will maintain responsibility in managing and supporting company\'s global Documentum System by supporting ongoing projects which rely heavily on document exchanges with clients\' systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Document Control Team in terms of technical support and ensuring services are delivered according to IES Service Level Agreement SLA
• Investigate non syncing issues and interpret errors messages for "TIE" web
• Resolve all system issues (Documentum and TIE Web)
• Monitor DCP - TIE portal daily for any document exchange / transmission issues
• Train new joiner on using Documentation CP, TIE Web, BOX
• Attend client meeting & resolve issues pertaining to technical errors
• Review comparison report (PIMS, CP, STID) and to assign tasks to DC, IES or EQN
• engage AMS support team for Document enhancement request.
• monitor BOX performance on a daily basis.
• Assist DC task
• Send automatically via "TIE" once Review Class Status provided. Intervie Review completed in system
• Provisioning of missing files (native, PDF) that are not uploaded in PIMS/STID during normal sync operation
• Monitor incoming/outgoing CRS

• Min. 5 years ub Documentum and D2 with roll out and ongoing support
• Min. 3 full cycle implementation experience from design to go live for Documentum and D2 modules
• Strong communication and partner / skills with end users with non technical background
• Strong hands on support experience with Document CP16.2 / 20.4
• Min 2 end to end implementation cycles experiences and maintenance of global instance of Documentum D2 / Capital projects (Prefer experience with version 4.6 D2 and Capital projects version 1.10)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating with onsite / Offshore team members
• Must have hands on knowledge in implementing Documentum and D2 modules
• Efficient in analyzing business requirements, needs and objectives and mapping them to Documentum/D2 configuration
• Basic knowledge of Documentum / D2 implementation, configuration, data/Document migration and cutover activities
• Experience with preparing user training documentation and test scripts
• Willing to take on 24 months contract
