Our client is an international law firm providing legal and compliance services to financial institutions and capital markets.
Conduct basic maintenance, updates, and repairs on hardware. arrange for the replacement or repair of defective goods that are protected by vendor warranties.
Adhere to Company\'s protocols when installing Microsoft Operating Systems. Install and set up apps such as Microsoft Office and others. Carry out preventative maintenance to enhance the dependability and performance of systems.
Supports users to set up audio and video conference calls for internal and external meetings. Deploy mobile devices like smart phones and engage with telecom providers.
Respond to users through service desk (I.e., phone, email) and resolve any on-going issues.
Occasionally provide after-hours assistance.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 1 year experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong understanding of MS Windows and networking technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills; the capacity to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with members at all organisational levels
