IT Support
1. Provide IT support to SG office staff, including troubleshooting
2. Manage IT contracts and liaise with IT vendors in supporting IT equipment set‑up, troubleshooting,
teardown, etc
3. Manage IT Assets (e.g. inventory control, purchase and disposal, including access card)
4. Review annually IT and BCP policy and procedure
5. Prepare audit related IT documentation of outsourced service provider’s due diligence, as
per MAS requirement (including services provided by Head Office)
6. Revise IT outsourcing MOU with Head Office
7. Disseminate and facilitate the execution of system‑related procedures (from Head Office)
8. Review MAS notice related to IT and revise P&P, if needed
9. Annual review on user access for internal system (KINS)
10. Handle adhoc requests from Head Office
IT Audit
1. Manage IT related queries from external auditor and request information from relevant
departments in Head Office
IT Security
1. Write IT risk assessment report as per MAS requirement
2. Liaise Head Office IT department and Compliance team regarding MAS cyber security notice
BCP
1. Plan, execute and report Bi‑annual BCP test (Kyndryl centre)
2. Conduct Business Impact Analysis annually
3. Participate disaster recovery training hosted by Information Security Dept. of Head Office
4. Revise IT Incident Reporting Plan
[Requirements]
➢ Min 4 years working experience in IT support
➢ Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT or Computer/Electronics Engineering
➢ Good communication skills
➢ Detail‑oriented, good relationship management and interpersonal skill
➢ Good MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills
[Preferred]
➢ Previous work experience in bank, financial institutions or public entities
