What is your mission?

• Ensures that servers are running at an optimal level in 24/7 operating environment
• Provides weekly and monthly reports of system uptime, server capacity, security compliance, and SLA metrics
• Documents processes for System and IT related procedures to ensure standard builds are maintained. Documents configuration settings of servers, processes, and policies
• Performs root-cause analysis for all incident reports
• Fine-tunes servers
• Performs system audit of vulnerabilities
• Oversees the security compliance level of mission-critical servers are properly patched in accordance to the defined patch management policy
• Performs and monitors daily / weekly / monthly server back up and its recovery process
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Resolves client issues and/or requests within agreed SLA
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Must be a graduate of any IT/Engineering related course
• At least 6 months to 1-year related experience with background in IT operations
• Basic knowledge of computer desktops and Windows operating system
• Can troubleshoot problem systematically
• Amenable to work shifting schedules, night shift, weekends and holidays
