Creating and delivering the communications and engagement strategy and plan for the Shell Energy Asia Information and Digital Technology team Raising the profile of the team by sharing news of business, achievements of teams and individuals, and crafting executive updates Owning, creating and distributing high quality communications through multiple channels and mediums Building team culture and connectivity by organising and managing virtual and face-to-face events including team meetings and social activities Injecting energy and increasing participation in initiatives including learning and community events Collaborating and collating communications with the wider Shell Energy Communications team and participating in wider Shell Energy events and meetings Essential requirements An experienced communications professional who is looking for an opportunity to build and drive communications across the Asia region within a dynamic, outcomes focused team A creative thinker who is able to turn ideas into reality and bring stakeholders onboard to new ways of working Committed to being the best version of yourself and motivated by helping others to learn and generate new ideas Strong experience of internal communications and engagement gained working in corporate environments The ability form and foster relationships with multiple stakeholders across organisational and business boundaries at all levels Practical knowledge of utilizing communications tools including PowerPoint, Menti and MS Forms to create high quality communications that readily engage audiences A confident communicator who is comfortable working in a multicultural/lingual environment
