Infrastructure Management: Administer hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Project Leadership: Lead regional and local IT infrastructure projects, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure strategies that encompass both hybrid cloud and on-premises components.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and resolving any issues or escalations.
Change Management: Plan and execute infrastructure changes and upgrades, minimizing disruption to business operations.
Technology Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices related to hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and propose and implement improvements.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on service level attainment and other KPIs in accordance with corporate regulatory and compliance requirements.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including infrastructure architectures, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
General Requirements
Experience: Over 10 years of general IT experience, with more than 5 years in a regional infrastructure management role.
Infrastructure Expertise: Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and implementing hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure architecture and security.
IT Governance: Experience in general IT governance, including organizational management, technology evaluation, vendor management, and program planning.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management and decentralized team coordination.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and networking solutions, with the ability to review technical details with the team to identify potential improvements.
Security Concepts: Strong technical understanding of advanced network security concepts and identity & access management solutions.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Fortinet NSE) are a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C1 English level).
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
