This includes overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of security solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance. The role requires strong skills in coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning security initiatives with business goals, and addressing risks through advanced solutions like multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to the tasks.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and make adjustments as needed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members consisting of a cross-functional team of professionals, such as developers, designers, and product owners.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Track project expenditures and ensure financial targets are met.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or Program Management certification preferred.
• Extensive experience managing IT security projects, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Successful project implementation experience with budgets of at least USD 15M.
• Proven experience as a program manager or in a similar role.
• Strong software application project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of program management software and tools.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
• Wide IT experience including background in software applications
