Diagnosing and resolving end user reported IT equipment issues
Breakfix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
Proactive update and follow up to end users
Coordination and liaison with customer or other support teams
Focus on SLA and resolution process
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
