Job Description
- Troubleshoot software and hardware related incidents, operating systems and standard software applications.
- To assist all users with any logged IT issues.
- To handle end user computing issues, problem analysis, provide solutions to restore services
- Level 1 / 2 support to team and escalate incidents to other support teams when necessary.
- To accurately record, update and document requests using the ITSM system.
- To perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- To maintain good relationship and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Diploma / ITE in Information Technology , Computer Engineering, or relevant
- Preferably with experience in Desktop or Helpdesk support
- Good communication skills.
- Work location at Raffles Place
- 5 days work
- Salary $2200 to $3300
- Start work immediately or within short notice.
