Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities Provide Helpdesk and IT support for end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to desktops, laptops, software, printers and IT peripherals. Setup, install, configure and upgrade computers, operating systems and application software. Assist in running backup and restoration jobs. As subject matter expert on end-user desktop support. Assist in installing, configuring and upgrading IT infrastructures such as servers and networks. Participate in IT projects on IT infrastructures. Perform other ad-hoc duties /IT project as assigned.
