Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Onsite day-to-day operations of the End User Computing support to users in Singapore and remote support for regional offices
\xc2\xb7 Manage the complete life-cycle of laptop/desktop environment from procurement, on-going support to decommissioning
\xc2\xb7 Alignment of End User Computing with Global team
\xc2\xb7 Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required
\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology, possessing minimum 1 years of relevant experience in IT Support.
\xc2\xb7 Strong technical knowledge and experience on MS technologies
\xc2\xb7 Technical knowledge and experience on Microsoft technologies (Active directory, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10 etc) and networking technologies is a plus
\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in IT Service Management
\xc2\xb7 ITIL certification will be an advantage
\xc2\xb7 Possess an aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
