Job Description

Responsibilities

• Planning and undertaking scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Develop and enhance Preventive Maintenance Equipment checklists for Enterprise Network, Server, Storage and UPS System.
• Perform the preventive maintenance by following PM checklist for functional checks, health checks at Client\xe2\x80\x99s premise
• Perform basic equipment break-fix during preventive maintence windows, if required
• Perform vulnerabilities equipment patching activities, if required
• Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair for IT enterprise products
• Prepare preventive maintenance documentation for submission
• Ability to engage the external stakeholders to resolve site issues
• Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
• Experience in preventive maintenance in IT environment
• Experience in enterprise networking, server and storage equipment would be added advantage
• Knowledge of structured cabling preferred
• Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude
• Able to work independently in a secured environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Good communication with good knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and visio
• Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour for scheduled maintenance windows, if required
