1.Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers; 2.Develop automated technical operation tools/systems to eliminate repetitive manual operations; 3.Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools; 4.Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation. 5.Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports
We expect you to have
1.Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field; 2.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role; 3.In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS); 4.Proficient in operating system Linux, Windows Server deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting; 5.Knowledge of Windows Active Directory service, domain policy allocation, implementation, optimization; 6.Familiar with the principle and daily operation and maintenance of system components(e.g. DHCP, DNS, DFS, MDT and WSUS); 7.Knowledge of PowerShell, Vmware or other virtualization technique; 8.Flexible and able to adapt in an agile environment; 9.Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels; 10.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
