Job Description


We are looking for an IT Executive to support our departments to market smarter, sell effectively and deliver excellent client experiences using our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)\'s Sales and Setup system.

  • Create and maintain products within our D365 CE system
  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Liaise with different department personnel and vendors for dependencies and resources for assigned tasks
  • Perform UAT testing for created products and hotfixes/fixes
  • Understand and troubleshoot user\'s issues pertaining to our D365 CE system
  • Log, monitor and coordinate support tickets on Jira Service Desk
  • Generate and analyze reports within our D365 CE system that assist in business decision making
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma in Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with 1 year of work experience in the related technical domains and industry
  • Ability to read, write and type in English/Mandarin
  • Ability to learn and adopt our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)\'s Sales and Setup system
  • Proficiency in EXCEL preferred
