Job Description

Salary: $2800 - $3200

No. of days: 5 days work week

Working hour: 9am to 6.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Location: Tampines

With AWS and VB

s:

• Install and configure software, hardware and networks (hands-on experience preference)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Maintain and support essentials IT assets (PC, laptops, tablets, printers).
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement, provide technical support for network infrastructure and networking equipment.
• Provide ongoing user support for current systems and Windows Desktops.
• Assist in preparing IT Budget, monitor and manage IT expenses.
• Travel to various locations (Retail outlets) to perform setup, upgrading and maintenance jobs.
