Administration control for applications (e.g. SAGE Accpac, Reuters, Bloomberg, Active domain & domain controller, Antivirus management, Office 365, Exchange online 365, MS teams etc)
Manage and ensure PABX system across sites is operational
Support internal teams on Boardvantage / easishare applications
IT inventory management (e.g. IT asset disposal and asset stocktaking)
Perform data backups, recovery and migration operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Desktop technical support
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Independent, responsible and pro-active
Able to perform under pressure
Possess positive attitude, customer oriented and willingness to learn
Strong technical background in ICT foundation and support
Possess strong technical knowledge and working experience in Windows server system administration and Microsoft related products
Possess good knowledge in cyber security best practices
