We are looking for candidates who are driven and self-motivated, technically skilled with a good problem-solving ability for the position of IT Executive.Job Responsibilities: 1. Innovations . Resourceful and able to tap/work out innovative solutions adopting new technologies for our care and processes. . Assist to collaborate with all stakeholders to develop IT strategies and innovations . Assist and lead IT projects from conception to delivery2. Improvements and compliance . In service processes and IT-enabled solutions. . In IT risk management, threats, and cybersecurity including PDPA. . Assist in audits, capacity, and redundancy planning as well as planning and execution of business continuity plans. . Engage stakeholders to ensure operational security and compliance.3. Day-to-day tasks . Monitoring and managing all installed applications, systems, related infrastructure, service subscription and contracts, and other IT-related assets. . Providing IT helpdesk support to users, ensuring all required services are delivered and closed out timely. . Responsible for installation and maintenance of IT hardware & software in accordance with the Home requirementsEducation & Competencies . Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related fields of study . At least 5 years of IT experience in supporting IT infrastructure and innovations in SMEs, preferably in a healthcare setting. . Well-versed with IT security planning & operations and a strong foundation in networking concepts & principles. . Experience in deployment, support, and managing mainstream industry solutions (HPE Aruba, Fortinet) . Good working knowledge of desktop applications with experience in MS Exchange and Sharepoint.
