Innovations

  • Resourceful and able to work out innovative solutions using new technologies
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop IT strategies and innovations
  • Assist and lead IT Projects from conceptualize to delivery stage
  • Identify opportunities and development plans for improvement
  • Work as a team to identify IT strategy development
Improvements
  • Make it better – Find opportunities in improving IT and business processes
  • Minimize risk - Identify possible IT risks, threats, and propose strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
Business Continuity, Compliance & Security
  • Perform and participate in audits, capacity planning, redundancy planning and execution of business continuity plans.
  • Collaboration with the management to ensure operational security and compliance.
Daily Tasks
  • Responsible to Take ownership over IT systems (hardware and software)
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager, etc)
  • Provide end-user support and training, deskside or remote when applicable
  • Maintain and support mobile devices, IoTs, and audio-visual equipment such as projectors, AV systems.
Maintenance and Management
  • Collaboration with partners and vendors in service delivery and support.
  • Maintain IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.
  • Manage IT asset (hardware & software) lifecycle policies, standards & processes.
Website & Social Medias
  • Maintenance of WordPress
  • Assist in managing company’s social media profiles
Education & Competencies
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 4 years of IT related experience
  • ITIL certified or have exposure to ITSM in service desk environment
  • Hands-on experience with Fortigate firewall
  • Good understanding of IT security operations
  • Good understanding of networking concepts and principles
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Desirable certifications:
  • ITIL
  • Microsoft 365 Certified
  • Azure/AWS/GCP certified
  • MCSE
  • CCNA
  • VMware Certified Professional
