Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements including hardware / software upgrade. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services, including installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Preparation and management of operating budgets. Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services and managing external vendor relationships and services. Handling Microsoft Navision related matter (AMC Contract Renewal / Permission Settings / New CR requests etc.) Responding in a timely manner to solve other ad-hoc IT-related issues and requests. Familiar with Microsoft Navision and integration of RFID system. IT data and account management (Emails / NAV / IP Address etc.) Any ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements: Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with minimum of 3 years' related experience handling IT management or similar role. Possess advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
