Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Plan/maintain internal network infrastructure and troubleshooting including WAN, LAN, WIFI, Level 3 desktop support
- Procure and setup of IT equipment
- Liaise with vendors of office telephone system, CCTV system
- Perform new PC/USER setup in AD and email
- Stay up-to-date on current virus reports and protect networks from these viruses
- Assist in graphic visual and design works
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and a good team player
- Keen interest in graphic visuals, designs and concepts an advantage
