Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to all users.
Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware, network and system (Include but not limited to Printers, Local Servers, Firewall Router, Computer, PDA, Smartphone & in-house operation program)
Assist in system accounts administration, ensuring proper recording of IT hardware assets distribution and purchase.
Assist IT Manager in system analysis, database design and process design so as to develop solutions for fulfilling business requirements.
Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance to protect data accuracy.
Conduct individual or group training sessions regarding in-house application and related tools for internal employees

Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science or related field with 2 years application and desktops support.
Good communication & analytical skills; team player who is able to work independently; able to generate clear documentation.
Committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality.
Product knowledge of Windows server, Google Apps, Kaspersky Antivirus, Symantec Backup, SQL database & reporting and web-based systems programming experience (Javascript, HTML, ASP.Net, XML) will be an added advantage.
IT certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISA, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP SA or MCITP EA will be an added advantage
