Job Description


  • Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to all users.
  • Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware, network and system (Include but not limited to Printers, Local Servers, Firewall Router, Computer, PDA, Smartphone & in-house operation program)
  • Assist in system accounts administration, ensuring proper recording of IT hardware assets distribution and purchase.
  • Assist IT Manager in system analysis, database design and process design so as to develop solutions for fulfilling business requirements.
  • Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance to protect data accuracy.
  • Conduct individual or group training sessions regarding in-house application and related tools for internal employees
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field with 2 years application and desktops support.
  • Good communication & analytical skills; team player who is able to work independently; able to generate clear documentation.
  • Committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality.
  • Product knowledge of Windows server, Google Apps, Kaspersky Antivirus, Symantec Backup, SQL database & reporting and web-based systems programming experience (Javascript, HTML, ASP.Net, XML) will be an added advantage.
  • IT certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISA, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP SA or MCITP EA will be an added advantage
