Our Singapore Team is looking for an IT Assistant / Executive #SGUnitedMidCareer.

Specific Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth IT operations for all daily tasks within the organization. Support the store systems include; POS & back-office applications, polling, replication, and head office based system
• Minimize downtime of POS System
• Provide solutions to the application queries on time
• Install, maintain and update the Group’s application and reporting tools
• Document all user and system manuals for all applications
• Effectively communicate and interact with both functional and technical personnel in solving complex business and technical problems
• Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with all external contracted vendors
• Knowledgeable and able to provide solutions for specific business processes such as POS, CRM
• Business Intelligence related to retail business environment linking among others Inventory Management, Finance and Logistics business activities
• Mentor and manage the work activities of subordinates

Education Qualification Required

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

At least 2 years of Experience
