Job Description

:

• Provide support for mobile phones and printers.
• Manage phone repairs, including sending devices for repair.
• Offer software support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Support desktop applications, antivirus software, and system updates.
• Deploy Windows security patches for end-user computers.
• Decommission outdated IT equipment.
• Prepare monthly mobile billing reports.
• Update hardware and software inventory documentation.
• Maintain and update telephone and mobile line inventory records.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Support network and telephone cabling issues.
• Provide PABX phone system support.
• Complete assigned projects efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Installing, setting up, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, MS Office, MS Outlook, antivirus software, application software, and Windows security patches.
• Setting up and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, network printers, mobile phones, mobile printers, and mobile applications.
• Troubleshooting desk phones, network and phone cabling issues, and audio-visual equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
