Opportunity to work in IT industry
Working hours: Mon - Fri
Job responsibilities:
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests providing technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, in-person, or in-store
System support on POS, SAP, AD, and other related Application Systems
Participate in Site Setup and Maintenance, hardware and software testing and deployment, documentation, and related operating procedures
Identify and resolve network and system problems including documentation for problem cause and resolution.
Work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support project deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related Subjects
Minimum 1 years IT System Support experience.
Strong technical knowledge in MS Windows, POS, MAC& MS Office products. migration and Implementation of POS package.
Experience in System migration and Implementation of POS packages.
Working in retail environment would be an advantage.
