IT helpdesk first-level support
Call Center experience is advantageous
Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
Strong communication skills and detailed work
Proficient Customer Service
Proficient email and verbal communication
Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
Experience: Min 2 years related experience.
Contract Type : 12 Months (Renewal) Salary : SGD2,700 to SGD3,500 Location : Pioneer Road Working Hours : Office Hours Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm Commencement : Immediate Working Environment : Institution
