Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Providing level 1 and 2 technical supports for video conference, computers, printers, software, hardware, network, and system in the company.
  • Responding to support ticket timely and upkeep user satisfaction.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 platform for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint online, Exchange Online and the Office apps.
  • Manage user in Active Directory, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists on Exchange Online (Office 365).
  • Onboarding new joiners including setup their laptops or desktops and run through an IT induction on their first day.
  • Timely offboarding leavers on their last day to ensure no accessibility of the company’s resources thereafter and archiving of their data.
  • Have good knowledge with networking on TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC to provide network troubleshooting.
  • Inventory management of our IT equipment for the Asia offices and remote colleagues.
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain our IT systems and hardware.
  • Creates and maintains efficient documentation for IT standards, policies, procedures, and knowledge database.
  • Weekly IT meeting in the evening with the IT team.
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient with troubleshooting in Windows 10/11
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Office, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, software, and networking protocols is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtime
  • Independent and team worker, able to work under pressure and willing to learn
  • Good to have – knowledge with Cisco Meraki, Darktrace, Mimecast, Microsoft Defender, Intune
  • Good to have – certification CCNA, ITIL, Comp TIA
Who you are?
  • Keyboarding skills and computer proficiency with software knowledge to include MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Able to analyze customer needs and reach acceptable solutions
  • Comprehension and adherence to company procedures and policies required
  • Able to effectively manage team members while participating at a hands-on level
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information and systems required
  • Conduct that supports the company’s ethics, core values, and compliance program
