• 
  Our client is an IT company that provides various services based on their client\'s needs such as helpdesk or office support. They are currently looking for candidates to apply for the IT Helpdesk Support role, who will be required to work at the client\'s worksite.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Provide IT support during major campaigns (e.g. Power Shutdown) or peak periods
  • Prepare service reporting and helpdesk call records with ServiceNow
  • Resolve enquiries or/and issues, ensuring proper follow-up & case closure
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issues and details provided
  • Provide on-site support for hardware and software
  • Perform first-level & second-level technical support for the user\'s desktop and laptop over the phone or email.
  • Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, and updates to software/hardware (e.g. anti-virus software)
  • Deploy and set up hardware, software, and network connectivity of endpoints.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and document results & process to incident resolution
  • Manage & document the inventory of hardware & software deployed
  • Software & hardware troubleshooting, replacement and upgrade when needed.

• Requirement

  • Possess NITEC/Diploma, preferably in IT or Computer related field
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years of IT desktop support experience (Excluding internship experience)
  • Possess knowledge of PC, desktop & laptop, primarily IT desktop support
  • Teamwork spirit, processing strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and fast learner

• Working Hour

  8:30 ~ 17:30
