Job Description
IT Infrastructure Engineer
12 months contract Work location: Changi
Responsibilities:
IT & OT Infrastructure Management
Oversee the management and refresh of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, data lakes, data marts, and critical OT systems. Ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and scalability of IT and OT environments to support production, engineering, and business functions. Implement and optimize Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions and OT platforms to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
IT & OT Service Management & Continuous Improvement
Oversee IT service management (ITSM) and OT service optimization, ensuring minimal downtime and high operational efficiency. Continuously monitor and enhance IT and OT system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues to support uninterrupted business operations. Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and digitalization of IT and OT processes to improve efficiency and
reliability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. * Hands-on experience in managing
networks, servers, storage systems.
