Monday to Friday, office hours Responsibilities: Providing support to IT infrastructure systems of the company Complete tasks & projects independently Work with project teams & 3rd party partners to install, maintain & upgrade systems deployed as a part of the IT Infrastructure. Respond to incidents escalated to 3rd level support where 2nd level & IT Operations unable to manage Responsible to perform service reviews regularly to identify potential issues & areas for improvements in the underlying infrastructure related to the infrastructure services. Providing operational support within the infrastructure environment, primarily in Microsoft Active Directory. Manage & monitor the health & status of all servers, including operating systems updates, patch management, and over security.
