Reporting to IT Infra Manager, this role plays an important part in delivering IT infrastructure solutions and services that supports business growth, security, and operational excellence with common operating model across the SEAMX region incl. IKEA Stores, Shopping Centers and Services Office.Your assignment

• Lead and support planning, design, architecture, implementation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure solutions and services (data centre, servers, storage, virtualization, security, backup & monitoring) incl. evaluation and adoption of new technologies in alignment with the business plans and priorities in a consistent, holistic, and cost-effective manner
• Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop and drive the IT enterprise grade IT infrastructure roadmap and initiatives including standardization, optimization, and common operating model across the region.
• Develop, maintain and support Ikano Retail IT infrastructure solutions and services with defined standards and processes to drive availability, stability, scalability, security, and performance of IT infra solutions and services.
• Work closely with IT infra team to ensure effective measurement, monitoring and administration with centralized delivery model while reducing dependence on external vendors and develop our own internal competence.
• Analyse proposed system changes to identify strategies for meeting business objectives and impacts, including benefits, costs and effort required to implement. Collaborate with IT, super users, vendor teams as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge by researching new technologies and IT infra products/tools.
• Develop in house competence & knowledge transfer to IT team on Infrastructure methodologies & processes.

• Degree or recognized equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/Technology or related field, from an accredited university or comparable on-the-job experience with Microsoft based technologies architecture & administrations certifications.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing, administering and support on-prem & Cloud infrastructure (i.e., Microsoft Active Directory, Office365/Azure cloud, DNS/DHCP servers, hardening, VMWARE Technology, EMC Storage, VEEAM/EMC backup solution, Data Domain, Network, Firewall, EUC Security, infra operations & security monitoring)
• Working knowledge of, IT policies, procedures and familiarity with the development and deployment of various standards & regularly evaluate infra to Implement a secure, environment to support IT Operations.
• Good knowledge and experience in IT Infra architect role, leading IT initiatives and supporting complex IT infrastructure technologies at large enterprise level with Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
• Work as a subject matter expert for IT infrastructure service delivery management.
• Must have good knowledge on Unified log management system (SIEM/Azure Sentinel etc.), IT infra Monitoring system & IT security management \xe2\x80\x93 Servers, Azure Cloud and End user computing.
• Service oriented and self-driven. Able to work with flexible hours and travel regionally.
