Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Hong Kong NetSuite ERP migration project, including data validation, testing, and documentation Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), recording test results, and following up on issues with functional teams Help prepare and clean master data (e.g. customers, vendors, items) for upload into NetSuite Coordinate with Singapore and Hong Kong BPO's Document configuration changes, test scripts, and issue logs for project tracking Participate in training sessions and support end-users during post-go-live stabilization Perform integration checks between NetSuite and related systems (POS, WMS, eCommerce) Provide ad-hoc support to the IT team on project coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

Detail-oriented and organized in documentation Proactive communicator and team player Curious learner with problem-solving mindset Adaptable to a fast-paced retail technology environment Basic understanding database concepts Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for data handling Knowledge of software testing or business processes is a plus Exposure to ERP tools preferred but not required
