- Company: International Organization (B2C: Traditional Medicinal Products/ Services)
- Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday (Office Hours; Hybrid: 3 Days in Office & 2 Days WFH)
- Working Location: Near Paya Lebar
- Employment Nature: Permanent Opportunity (Direct Headcount under client\'s organization, NOT under my agency)

- Managing (maintaining) Microsoft Dynamics 365 & other ERP applications/ systems: Requirement Gatherings, Solutioning, Designing & Delivering solutions that optimize efficiency
- Working closely with the vendors (for system upgrades/ integrations, security, governance, compliance, issue resolution, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), disaster recovery plan (DRP), etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- Required to have (minimum) 3 - 5 years of Business/ Application Analyst experience, [with 2 - 3 years of full-cycle Project Implementation experience OR maintenance experience (with Microsoft Dynamics 365)]
- Experienced in ERP (e.g.: POS system) AND/OR Microsoft Dynamics 365 (i.e.: Finance and Operations, CRM, Retail, etc.)
- Experienced managing (external) vendors
- Able to perform & conduct testing (UAT, System, etc.)
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have:
- IT Change Management/ Digital Transformation Project Management
- PMP, ITIL, Lean, Agile, etc.
