Job Description

My client a Well known MNC company is looking out for a IT manager with the attributes and requirements mentioned below: Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop IT Strategies to align with business plan, translate it into actions.
• Seek and propose new technology in responding with company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and improve overall IT functions.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure resources are utilized effectively and work schedules and targets are met.
• Plans and manages overall IT functions, budget and manpower levels in accordance with business operation requirements, budget control objectives and business plan.
• Analyze all IT infrastructures in order to design and execute all IT policies and procedures efficiently and suitable for organization.
• Provide strategic planning that balances business needs and technical direction.

System Management

• Manage overall IT system such as company web page, sales order and internal information system to be updated accurately to ensure smooth business operation.
• Manage Global system to ensure smooth business running such as SAP, DIVA, GLMS etc.

Hardware/Software, Network, and Infrastructure

• Be the lead on organization Infrastructure, Networks & Systems project to improve business operation.
• Manage infrastructure system, computer systems, communication systems, hardware, software, and service to meet the needs of company aligning with established company policies and operate them within budgetary constraints.
• Propose and coordinate with vendors for new software implementation and design short and long term objectives for all applications then coordinate with departments to analyze all requirements and provide efficient support to all end users.

Global Management

• Contact with Global IT to transform global IT policy into local policy and ensure that it is implemented successfully.

IT policy &SOP

• Create/ Maintain IT SOP to suit with the resource, budget, market situation, and business.
• Bring the Global standard IT policy and apply it to the company with the form which in complying with local regulation.

Qualification

• Have supervisory experience or team management minimum for 2 years
• Experience with Microsoft window server, IIS Management
• Experience with Development for web application such as ASP. ASP.NET, VB.NET
• Experience with Database management in Microsoft SQL SERVER
• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IE or related field
• At least 7 year experience in IT management/system administration analysis, design and programming
